How It Works

CHOOSE THE CARE PLAN THAT FITS YOUR HOME

Your home gets regular handyman time throughout the year, so routine maintenance and smaller projects don't have to sit on your to-do list. Choose the level of ongoing care that fits your home's needs. All plans include scheduled service time, monthly auto-billing, and small consumables. Larger materials are quoted separately.

Seasonal Home Care

Two visits per year, approximately 90 minutes each.

Keep up with seasonal maintenance through scheduled spring and fall visits. We'll work through routine maintenance items and look around for things that may need attention.

What's Included:

• Spring and fall home walkthrough

• Caulking
• Filter replacement

3 hours of service per year

Regular Home Maintenance

One 90-minute visit per quarter.

Keep up with the smaller maintenance tasks that are easy to put off. Four scheduled visits throughout the year give your home regular attention while taking more of the to-do list off your plate.

• Smoke detector battery replacement
• Light bulb replacement
• Caulking around sinks, tubs, and windows
• Door, hinge, and lock adjustments
• Small drywall patches
• Nail pops and minor holes

PLUS CARE

Starting at $225/month

Ongoing Home Care

One 2-hour visit per month.

Get regular handyman time every month to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and smaller projects around your home. Plus Care includes everything in Basic Care, with additional time for a wider range of home maintenance needs.

Everything in Basic Care, plus:

• Faucet and shower-head replacements
• Toilet repairs, including flappers, fill valves, and wax rings
• Blinds and curtain rod installation
• Fence and gate adjustments
• Seasonal touch-ups

Comprehensive Home Care

One half-day visit per month.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

For homeowners who want more time dedicated to ongoing maintenance and smaller home projects, Premium Care provides a scheduled half-day of handyman service every month. It includes everything in Plus Care, with additional services for larger maintenance and improvement tasks.

Everything in Plus Care, plus:

• Deck and fence board replacement
• Gutter cleaning for single-story homes
• Power washing of small patios and walkways
• Light fixture and ceiling fan installation
• Minor carpentry
• Paint touch-ups
• 15% Off Additional Services (Discount applies to labor only, up to $500 off per job.)
• Example: Premium Care (half-day visit) Clean single-story gutters and swap a light fixture (plus materials), plus a home walkthrough. Booked on their own: $498 On the plan: $450 per visit

12 half-day visits per year

Care Plan Cost: $5,400/year

• All plans are a 12-month agreement, billed monthly.
  
• Visits are scheduled as the plan year progresses. Essentials visits fall in spring and fall; Basic visits begin after the first quarter.
  
• If a plan is cancelled early, the balance owed is the difference between payments made and the standard price of visits already completed. If no visit has been completed, nothing further is owed.
  
• Each visit has a set time length. Work beyond that is quoted and scheduled as a separate job.
  
• Unused visits do not roll over to the next plan year.
  
• Included consumables are standard filters and bulbs. Other materials are quoted separately.

Every Care Plan includes common small consumables used during routine home maintenance, so you don't have to keep track of every little item.

All Care Plans are billed monthly with auto-billing. Rates are reviewed annually.
