2. Services Provided
We offer handyman and lawn care maintenance services. We do not provide major remodels, roofing replacement, or structural construction.
3. Minimum Service Charge
A minimum service charge applies to all service visits. This ensures coverage of time, travel, and basic service costs.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments may be adjusted due to route optimization, weather conditions, or unforeseen scheduling conflicts. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
5. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from what was described.
6. Scope Changes
Any additional work requested after the original estimate may result in changes to scope, timeline, and pricing.
7. Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain projects before work begins.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details
- Ensuring safe and clear access to the work area
10. Customer-Provided Materials
We are not responsible for defects, delays, or failures related to materials or fixtures supplied by the customer.
11. Unforeseen Conditions
We are not liable for hidden or unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to issues behind walls, plumbing, or electrical systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from underlying issues not visible at the time of service.
13. Photo Documentation
We may take photos of the work performed for documentation, quality control, and internal records.
